Our established and working model is highly relational and focused on bringing together the different aspects of running a counselling service. We work sensitively and discretely to enable the best outcomes.

We work with trustees and service leaders to increase their effectiveness and sustainability for the long term. Our method is collaborative and centred on the needs of the organisation as a whole. We offer assessments, training and guidance and consider both long term and short term projects.
